He is survived by: his mother Julianne Kata; his brothers, Alan Kata of Lorain and Theodore Kata of Sheffield Village; his nephew Darrell Bozman (Melissa); his great-nephew Levi Bozman; and his great-niece Kyleigh Bozman.
