She was predeceased by: her husband Walter J. Bay; her parents, William Richards and Ethel Richards; her grandson Nicholas Bay; and her siblings, Edward Richards, Bob Richards, Vivian Edie and June Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Wawszkiewicz (Robert) of Lorain, John Bay (Margie) of Columbus, Robert Bay of Lorain and William Bay (Eugenia) of Lorain. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
