Damasiewicz (Susan) of Wakeman, Janet Courtney of Livonia, Jeannie Parrish (David) of Westlake, James Damasiewicz (Helen) of Avon and Jeff Damasiewicz of Bay Village; and her siblings, John Zack, Tony Zack, Ida Zborovancik of Pennsylvania, Nancy Gaio of Pennsylvania and Erma Mincek of Cleveland. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren.
