She was predeceased by: her husband Bert; her parents, Garland Phelps and Irene Phelps; her siblings, James Phelps and Geraldine Cock; and her half-siblings, Fleda, Kathleen, Betty and Bud.

She is survived by: her sister Mariann Carpenter of Lorain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
