With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Latten Sr. (Lorain, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 4, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Janie Latten (Mother) and James Lionel Summers (Father); his sister Joan Latten; and his son Kenneth Latten Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Latten; his sisters, Janice Latten and Judy Latten (Junior); and his children, James Latten Jr., Lisa Latten, David Latten and Kassandra Latten. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

James Lionel Latten Sr. was a man of great character and strength, whose contributions to his family, his community, and his country will never be forgotten.
