He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bryson and Minnie Lee Bryson (Hampton); his daughter Giovoni Denise Banks; and his siblings, Mary Gladys Clark, Dorothy Thompson, Paul, Bobby and Richard Bryson.
He is survived by: his children, Regina Shumate of Elyria, Aaron (Monica) of Lewisburg and Schulonda Brown (Todd) of Huger; his brother Randy (Diane) of Waco, Texas; his sister-in-law Peggy of Dayton; and his nieces, Anita Thompson of Grand Prairie and Cynthia Alston of Paducah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
