She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" A. Adams; her son James; her parents, Herbert Buchanan and Bertha Buchanan; and her siblings, Mary Abraham and James Buchanan.
She is survived by: her sons, John and Jeffrey (Annette); and her granddaughter Lauren. She is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
