He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Ruth Keathley; his grandson Caleb Newbraugh; and his parents, Ellis Keathley and Roxie Keathley. He is survived by: his children, David Keathley, Rita Newbraugh of Lorain, Robin Whitlock (Charles) of Lorain and Theresa Newman (Troy) of Lorain. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; two brothers and five sisters.
