She is survived by: her sons, James G. "Jim" Adkins (Opal) of Lorain, OH and Anthony "Tony" Adkins of Lorain, OH; her grandchildren, Angela Marie Morris (Brian) of Lorain, OH and James Earl Adkins (Alissa Simon) of Wickliffe, OH; her great grandchildren, Michael Collins, Haily Collins and Alana Morris; her sisters, Joyce Jackson of Chapmanville and Judy Killik of Hobe Sound, FL; and the father of her children James Thomas Adkins.
