She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard S. Wilczak; her daughter Karen M. Wilczak; her parents, Lucas Falencki and Victoria Falencki; and her siblings, Leo, Edward, Joseph, John Falencki, Hattie Belczyk and Frances Butkiewicz.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Wilczak (Debbie) of Topeka; and her grandchildren, Amanda Wilczak-Sarikaya (Riza), Reverend Adam Wilczak, Justin Wilczak (Megan) and Craig Wilczak.
