He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Linger; his son Ronald Linger; and his parents, Heaston Linger and Lula Linger. He is survived by: his daughter Linda K. Lough (Sampson) of Lorain; his grandsons, Ronald Linger (Jodi Baker) of Lorain and Jeremy Linger (Stephanie) of Lorain; his great grandchildren, Gracie Linger, Elijah Rodriguez, Angelina Linger, Jeremy Linger Jr, Noah Shinsky and Caleb Shinsky; and his great great grandchild Sophia Baker.
