He was predeceased by: his wife Adelina "Lele" Cornejo; his daughter Eliza Gornek; his parents, Martin Cornejo and Josephine Cornejo; and his siblings, Manuel, John, Raymond, Carmen, Catherine and Margret.
He is survived by: his children, Gerri Ann Cornejo of Cleveland, Angela Dunn (Mark) of Sandusky, Linda Taylor of Lorain, Daniel Cornejo (Pamela) of Akron and John Cornejo of Lorain; and his siblings, Felicia, Josephine, Dolores, Mary Lou and Richie. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
His family suggests memorial contributions to St. Francis Cabrini Endowment Fund, 2143 Homewood Drive, Lorain, Ohio 44055.
