She is survived by: her husband Primo Ortiz; her children, Primo Ortiz, Jr., Vier Ortiz (Lori), Enar Ortiz (Jennifer) and Evelisse Ortiz of Lorain; her grandchildren, Jasmyn Ortiz of Oviedo, Meah Ortiz of Honolulu, Tahlia Kovacs (Andrew) of Sumter, Celinette Francisco of Lorain, Zamin of Lorain, Kian of Lorain and Vier Angelo Ortiz of Lorain; her great grandchildren, Shane and Saige Kovacs of Sumter, SC; and her siblings, Carmen Velasquez (Joseph) of Orlando, Terri Trinidad (Abraham) of Lorain, Yvette Silva (Carlos) of Lorain, Annette Silva (Elliott) of Lorain, Andre Muniz (Melissa) of Lorain, Joe Matos of Lorain, Jose Gonzalez (Sylvia) of Yuma, Rodrigo Muniz Jr. (Penny), David Muniz (Rajah), Gladys Muniz Reyes, Gabriel Muniz of Clearwater, Ponce and Puerto Rico.
