She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Azok and Ann Azok; her brother James W. Azok; her nephew Clifton T. Azok; and her pets, Princess, Winny, Peanuts, Precious and Baby.
She is survived by: her brother Franklin D. Azok (Lenore M.) of Amherst; her nieces and nephews, Franklin E. Azok of Lorain, Jon Azok of Amherst, Lenore Yuhasz (Frank) of Amherst and Suzanne Woods of Amherst; her niece-in-law Galina Azok of Myrtle Beach; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron Yuhasz, Chloe Yuhasz, Claudia Yuhasz, Andrew Woods, Carley Woods, AJ Woods, Alex Woods, Hannah Azok, Corey Azok, Troy Azok and Christopher Azok.
