She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Mercado and Adolfa Mercado; and her sister Helen Elaine Mercado. She is survived by: her husband Rodolfo Solis; her children, Sophia Hernandez-Ortiz (Anthony), Priscilla Hernandez, Jose "Pito" Negron (Jessica) and Marco Negron; and her siblings, Margie Roldan (William), Ralph (Millie), Daniel (Monica), Angel (Rebecca), Martin, Antonio (Anna) and Frank. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
