She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Karney and Julia Karney. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Watling; her sons, Stephen Watling (Sheila Berry) of Illinois and Jim Watling of Laos; her grandchildren, Katie and Jack Watling; and her sister Elaine Campbell (Vaughn). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Gerry's loving memory to St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. Peter Parish, 3655 Oberlin Ave., Lorain, OH 44053.
