She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Toth; her parents, Charles Eppley and Mildred Eppley; her son-in-law Frank Staszak; and her sisters, Margaret Ellison, Shirley Miller and Miriam Schnittker.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Staszak of Vermilion, OH and Robert Toth of Ottawa, Canada; her grandchildren, Melanie Timko (Richard) and Joseph Staszak (Nicole); and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Allison, Alexander and Gabriella.
