He is survived by: his children, Annette Kelley (Rush) of Lorain, Patricia Byers (Rush) of Georgia, Carol Drake (Rush) of Lorain, Stephanie Glover (Rush) of Lorain, Frederick Rush of Columbus, Ron Rush of Lorain, Jerome Rush of Lorain and Vincent Rush of Massachusetts. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Social distancing and wearing a mask are required.
