She was predeceased by: her father Jakob Rutkowski; her husband Robert "Fritz" Callahan; and her sisters, Dolores Feldkamp, Shirley Jacovetti, Agnes Kmieciak-Draves and Alice Kromroy.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Rutkowski; her aunt Francie (Franya); her children, James Callahan (Erin) of Lorain, Colleen Pena (Terry) of Wakeman, Patrice Riccardi (Rocco) of Lorain and Robert Callahan of Lorain; and her sister Teresa Jachym of Lorain. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reidy-Scanlan-Giovannazzo Funeral Home & Cremation Services (2150 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44052). A prayer was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 9:15 AM to 9:45 AM at the Reidy Scanlan Giovannazzo Funeral Home (2150 Broadway, Lorain, OH 44052). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (309 W 7th St, Lorain, OH 44052). A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (555 N Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053).
