He is survived by: his sons, Robert, Thomas and Floyd Lumpkin Jr. (Kelly); and his siblings, Maggie Scott (Lumpkin), Lawrence (Roseann), Freddie, Charles, Roy and Joseph Lumpkin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
