She was predeceased by: her former husband Gerry Zaleski (late Howard Parron); her son Scott Zaleski; her brother Tim Herman; and her parents, Matt Herman and Florence Herman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Johns (Mark) of Elyria, Deb Huffman (Tim) of West Salem, Kim Wilson (Jeff) of LaGrange and Lisa Smiddy (DeWayne) of Grafton; and her brother Phil Herman of Elyria. She is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
