He was predeceased by: his parents, Josefa Cordova Castro and Felipe Cordova Sr.; his wife Carmen Leticia Cordova; and his siblings, Luis Miguel Roman and Bienvenida Roman.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen Neida Alicea, Migdalia Cortes (German), Domingo Gutierrez Burgos Jr. (Nancy), Aida I. Cruz and Renee Castro (Brandy); and his siblings, Juan Roman, Arcadia Roman, Luz Maria Roman, Margarita Roman and Carmen Cordova. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
