She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martonchik and Mary Martonchik; and her sisters, Martha O'Brien and Dolores Komlosi. She is survived by: her husband Ernest Kosash; her sons, John Kosash (Jane) of Webster Grove and Richard Kosash of Lorain; her grandchildren, Emily Kerrigan (Sean) of Cohasset and John Kosash Jr. (Samantha) of Glendale, Missouri; and her great grandchildren, Wynne, Elle, Grant Kerrigan and Ernie Kosash.
