She was predeceased by: her husband James Short; her parents, Joseph Donges and Birdie A. Donges; her daughter-in-law Connie Short; her grandchildren, Terry Short and Yvette Short; and her siblings, William Donges, Ethel Dils, Marie Yauger, Leona Teets and Josephine Kozosky.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Short (Paulette) of Lorain, Donna Shepard (David) of Avon and Terrance Short of Lorain. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 5 step-grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren.
