He was predeceased by: his former wives, Charlotte and Lillian; his parents, Pasquale D'Innocente and Pauline D'Innocente; and his sister Margaret Todarello.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael P. D'Innocente (Carol Grape) of Littleton and David H. D'Innocente; his granddaughter Danielle D'Innocente; and his sister Helen A. Davis of Lorain.
