She is survived by: her close friend John Simon; her daughters, Christine Sepulveda of Lorain and Jamie Koziol (Christopher) of Washington; her sisters, Edivia Terry (Bimbi) and Jenni Hernandez-Plaza (Josue); her grandchildren, Tevin, Christopher, Marissa, Deja and Gabrielle; and her great grandchildren, Ciara, Rhyann and Erynn.
Her family suggests contributions to Sacred Heart Memorial Fund.
