He is survived by: his children, Ernest III and Verenstine of Lorain; his siblings, David Cornwell (Pam) of Louisville, KY, Clarence of Lorain, Herbert "Chuckie" Cornwell (Doletha) of Lorain, Betty McCall (George) of Lorain and Dianne of Lorain; his stepsisters, Virginia of Tennessee and Anita of Cleveland; and his grandchildren, Breamana Carter, Janaya Jones, Alicia Cornwell and Jaxson Cornwell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
