He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Dollar and Ola Mae Dollar (Hall); and his siblings, Lavoyd Dollar and Mary Sid Nail. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Penny Dollar Graham and Paul Kevin Dollar (Dreama); his grandchildren, Jamin Graham (Meghan), Jerah Divine (Brandon), Hannah Vale (Jeff), Bethany Piker (Jerrod) and Chloe Boyer (Isaiah); his great grandchildren, Emma, Addy, Everleigh, Aria Graham, Jeron, Breydon, Javen, Blakelyn Divine, Joah, Jana, SuzyJae Vale, Hunter, Zandra Parris, Rylan, Henley and Hudson Boyer; and his siblings, Dorothy Drew, Dolores Smith, Shirley Overturf, Dawanna Keys, Patsy Singley, Ronnie Dollar and Joyce Blake. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
