He was predeceased by: his wife Olivia Kozich; his parents, John Kozich and Elsie Kozich; and his siblings, Goldie Kozich, John Kozich and Donald Kozich.

He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon Atkinson (Mike) of Maui and Sandra McKenzie (Ken); and his grandchildren, Kim Lehr (Tim) and David McKenzie (Callie). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
