She was predeceased by: her father Stanley Dicks. She is survived by: her mother Maude Dicks; her husband William "Bill" Thompson; her daughters, Pamala Thompson (Scott Kraus) of Florida, Michelle Thompson (Matt Tertel) of Michigan and Jennifer Vontell (Jesse) of Ohio; and her siblings, Donna Power, Alvina Ryan (Leo), Ron Dicks (Melda) and Ken Dicks (Laura). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, she asked that a donation be made to the Church of the Redeemer in Lorain for their community meal and other programs.
