She is survived by: her siblings, Chloe Velasquez of Avon Lake, OH, Olivia (Paul Scrivanich), Cynthia Brooks, Kenneth (Terry Brooks) and Georgia (Dale Curry); her sister-in-law Ernestine Willis-Jackson; and her stepsons, Prentis and Corey Willis of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
