It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eileen M. Perusek (Lorain, Ohio), who passed away on October 1, 2017, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ted; her son Theodore (Ted); her parents, David Anderson and Nora Anderson; and her siblings, James Anderson, David Anderson and Kathleen Keiswetter.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Perusek of Lorain, David Perusek Ph, Ashtabula and Anne Perusek (Jim MacDowell) of Cleveland Heights. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
