She was predeceased by: her husband Ted; her son Theodore (Ted); her parents, David Anderson and Nora Anderson; and her siblings, James Anderson, David Anderson and Kathleen Keiswetter.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Perusek of Lorain, David Perusek Ph, Ashtabula and Anne Perusek (Jim MacDowell) of Cleveland Heights. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
