He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A. Novak; his daughter Patty Novak; his parents, John J., Sr. and Frances Novak; and his siblings, John R, Joseph, Robert, Florence and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his children, Christine A. Soto and Tim E. Novak; and his grandchildren, Edward, Jonathan, Olivia, Mackenzy and Jillian.
