He is survived by: his children, Debra Lukasik (Joseph) of Fairview Par, Paul Cieslak (Wendy) of Avon Lake and Michael Cieslak (Cheryl) of Lorain; his brothers, John Cieslak (Joan) and Richard Cieslak (Denise); and his sister-in-law Toby Rieth. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
