McFadden; her aunt Sandra Wagner of Cleveland; her uncle Larry Brown; her cousins, Sabrina Wagner of Cleveland and Monika Turner of Cleveland; and her pet Baba Baby.

“I just learned about Echo's passing. This is a tragedy, she was so special. I met Echo 2 years ago when she came to my book group to discuss her books. We became friends and attended plays, concerts and hung out. I lost touch a couple months ago due to family illness. I am so sad, she was so brave and brilliant.
