She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Mincy Sr. and Lula Bell Ballard; her granddaughter Sincere Lei Martin; and her grandparents, James and Florence Hall.
She is survived by: her children, Lakisha Mincy (Will Bedell), Michael Mincy, Tiffany Mincy, Joseph Dampier Jr. and Tenia Mincy; and her siblings, Willie Mincy (Julie), John Mincy (Ernestine) and Gwendolyn Mincy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
