She was predeceased by: her husband Sam Sebastian; her siblings, Aster, George, Johnny and Dora; and her parents, Coy McDaniel and Ethel McDaniel.
She is survived by: her children, Sam Sebastian, Jr. of Lorain, Tim Sebastian, Sr. (Danell) of Amherst, Deborah Sue Carter (Clifford) of Deerfield, OH, Terry Lynn McGregor (Craig) of Amherst, Barb Chester (Tom) of Lorain and Marie Sparks (Michael) of Vermilion. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
