She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Phelps of Amherst, OH, Jerry Ray Phelps of Bradenton, FL and Robert L. Nolen, Jr. (Carrie) of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren, Aaron Phelps (Christine), Michele Spreng (CJ), Steven York (Stephanie), Dylan Nolen, Mikayla Nolen and Corey Nolen; her great grandchildren, Julia and Owen Phelps; and her sister Barbara Sue Jacobs.
