He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Jean Daniel; and his grandparents, Arnold, Carrie Epps, Nathaniel Daniel and Cleo Atkinson.

He is survived by: his father Donald Michael Daniel; his son Don Christopher Anthony Clinchscales; his siblings, Edward Daniel and Brittany Daniel; his nieces and nephews, Zakeen, Edward, Jr. (Donnie), Enyjah "MoeMoe", Dai'tona and Cali; and his brother Wilfredo "Chipy" Vasquez. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
