She was predeceased by: her father George Homer Seymore, Jr.; her grandmother Eloid Seymore; and her aunts and uncles, Leola Calhoun, Barbara Ann Hinton, Larry Seymore, Dwight Seymore and Clinton Calhoun Jr..

She is survived by: her sister Sledge; her children, Deondra Johnson of Chicago, IL, Mira Percival of Phoenix, AZ, Jeremy of Phoenix, AZ. and Gianni Percival of Phoenix, AZ.; her grandson Axel; her mother Lillian Seymore; her siblings, Cynthia Diane, Gloria Fay, Barbara Ann, Angie "Nena", Tammy, Vincent, George "Mayne", Scott (Randy) and Michael (Stevie Harrison); and her aunts, Ora Williams and Helen Seymore.

Due to Covid-19 a walk-through visitation will be held Saturday October 9th at Living Word Church 2002 E. 28th Street, Lorain, OH 44055 at 10:00am followed by a private memorial service for the family beginning at 11:00am.
