He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Cornelius and Lucy Spraggins; his son Scott Cornelius Spraggins; his granddaughter Alajah Spraggins; and his siblings, John Spraggins, Darnell Spraggins Sr., Ella "Peggy" Morgan and Rosie Holley.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Jean Spraggins; his children, Phyllis Spraggins of Lorain, Kristen Spraggins, LaJoyce Spraggins-Davis (Damon) of Elyria and Cass Tedario "Teddy" Spraggins (Latoya) of Lorain; and his sisters, Katherine "Nottie" Walden of Lorain and Margaret Ann Adams (Donald) of Cleveland. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Social distancing and masks are required.
