He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Tarpley; his daughter Nichole Tarpley-Bumpus; his stepchildren, Lynnette Pryor and Dwayne Pryor; and his siblings, Ruth Ann Royster (James), Namon Tarpley (Linda Kay) of Lorain and Raymond Tarpley of Lorain. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
