He was predeceased by: his brothers, James and Donald; and his parents, Arthur Markley and Caroline Mahan Markley. He is survived by: his sister Janet Markley Jobes (Willard) of Claysville. He is also survived by 3 nephews, 1 neice, 7 great-nephews and nieces, 1 great-great nephew and good friend.
