He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dale Kidd and Patricia May Landy. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Kidd; his children, Brittany Kidd, David Kidd Jr. and Hailey Kidd; his stepdaughters, Felicia, Kelli Parsons and Paige Nichols; and also Jamie Kidd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
