He was predeceased by: his brother Stanley Koziura. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Koziura and Mary Koziura; his wife Susan Koziura; his children, Joseph A. Koziura and Erin Koziura; his grandson Jacob Galvan; and his siblings, Joseph (Kitti), Walter (Patty), Richard, Ronald Koziura (Judy), Marilyn Bombac (Ray), Louise Shearer, Judy Hardesty (Jim), Joyce Nedveski (Frank) and Diane Swartz (Mike).
