Collett Jr., Melissa McIntyre (Ondre Recznik), Rebecca and Sarah Collett; his stepchildren, Jilly Johnson, Alfred and Joseph Hedrick; and his siblings, Lonnie, Wayne Collett, Joyce Lovas, Marie Vanhoose and Geraldine Collett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
