It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny L. Amend (Lorain, Ohio), born in Amherst, Ohio, who passed away on January 9, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Amend; his parents, Charles Amend and Deborah Bishop; and his stepmother June Amend. He is survived by: his children, Chad Amend (Megan) of North Ridgeville, Brenda Fumara (Jason) of Gahanna, Kimberly Lewallen (Frank Formoso) of Elyria and Leah Amend (David Kelly) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Ashley Prichard (Matt), Nicholas, Joshua, Tyler and Gianna; his great grandchild Olivia Prichard; and his siblings, Robert Eberle (Michiko), Cheryl Bacskay (Jerry), Bernard Amend (Judith), James Amend (Karen), Linda Miller, Gaye St John (Michael), Keith Amend, Susan Deyarmin (Bob), Max Bishop (Diane), Jeffrey Bishop, Susie Anderson and Cindy Furnival-Bishop (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
