He is survived by: his wife Debra Smith; his children, Kyle Smith and Denise Dailey; his grandchildren, Samantha and Kevin; his nephew Uriah Smith; and his brother-in-law James Dailey. He is also survived by sister-in-law, and many loving family and friends.
