He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; his parents, Alfred and Lucy; and his siblings, Henrietta Peters, Billie Jean Jones (Bill), Ira and Gerald Peters.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Peters (Julie) of Oregon City, OR, Debbie Dumke (Ken) of Wakeman, John Kovacs (Becky) of Elyria, Tony Kovacs (Sharon) of Sheffield Lake and James Kovacs (Sarah) of Independence, MO; his grandsons, Eric, Jonathan, Kyle Peters, Kenny Jr., Jason, AJ, Jeffrey and Zak Kovacs; his sister Anglee Smith (late Herman) of London, KY.; and also Jean. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
