He was predeceased by: his siblings, Curtis, Carl, Bob, Howard and Edna Smith; and his parents, Barney Osburn and Susie Osburn.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Jean; his children, Gregory Osburn of Lorain and Debbie Boyle (Kevin) of Lorain; his granddaughters, Jessica Alford (Chris), Emily Boot (Josh) and Rachel Brown (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Mason, Leah, Payton, Sadie and Aiden.
